The five-day ECNS, designed for executives and senior managers in the government and private sector, Local Chief Executives (LCEs), and senior military and police officers, aims to provide participants a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of national security. The ECNS is rigorous, dynamic, and interactive utilizing a combination of classroom-based lectures, learning events, and site visits. ECNS offers participants the opportunity to engage scholars, experts, as well as top-level government and sectoral leaders.
After five (5) days, it is expected that the participants will have obtained deeper understanding and knowledge of the theories and practice of national security. They are expected to possess enhanced skills in national security management and administration particularly in applying methods and techniques in examining trends and factors, in formulating policies and decisions, and in carrying out strategic courses of action involving various actors and agencies that will significantly affect national security.
Course fee, kits, and snacks for five days are free. Participants will pay a minimal fee of Php 1,200.00 for lunch for five days. Said amount must be paid directly to 2174 Catering Services.
