The MoU was signed by the two heads of institutions, namely: RADM Roberto Q Estioko AFP (Ret) PhD, MNSA, President of NDCP and Lieutenant General Dr. I WayanMidhio, M. Phil, Rector of the IDU.
In his remarks, President Estioko stated, “The initiative to sign the MoU is a response to the need to increase bilateral academic exchanges and realize the shared vision for educational cooperation in defense and security.”
The signing was witnessed by representatives of the NADI participating institutions.
The MoU underscores the need to enhance cooperation and mutual assistance in education and strategic research on defense and security studies.
For the initial implementation of the MoU, the two institutions will engage in a joint publication on issues of mutual concern. – Nicole Lopez
