The Emergency Management Institute of the Philippines (EMIP) of the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) in collaboration with the Anti-Terrorism Assistance (ATA) Program, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Department of State through the Embassy of the United States of America in Manila will conduct the Cyber Computer Forensics and Analysis Consultation on September 18-29, 2006 at NDCP Classroom 3, Academic Row, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. The ten-day activity aims to enhance the computer forensic analysis capabilities of our law enforcers and investigators. Participants are representatives of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
