Her Excellency Shobini Gunasekara, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Philippines, visited the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) on 15 January 2020. She called on the College President, BGen Archimedes H Viaje AFP (Ret), PhD, MNSA. They discussed several issues including the continuing participation of Sri Lanka in the Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) program.
