The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) concluded its Diamond Jubilee Celebration through a ceremony of exchange of Box of Messages and Wishes (BMW) on 31 August 2023.

This year’s BMW, which was launched on 1 July 2023, encouraged personnel to express their gratitude to each other and to convey well wishes.

The NDCP President, LtGen Ferdinand M Cartujano PAF (Ret), led the ceremony. In his message, LtGen Cartujano underscored that the activity might have been simple but it would generate a significantly positive impact on the personnel receiving the thanksgiving messages and wishes from colleagues. He also expressed his gratitude to the NDCP Team, especially to all Committee Chairs, for the successful conduct of all 60th-anniversary activities.
