In line with the 60th Anniversary Celebration of the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), the College held team building activities for its personnel from 25 to 27 May 2023 at the White Corals Beach Resort, Morong, Bataan. Highlights of this year’s team building include outdoor games, official engagement and fun shoot at the Government Arsenal (GA), and semi-annual fellowship.

During the engagement and fun shoot at the GA on 26 May 2023, Arsenal officials welcomed and briefed the officials, faculty, and staff of the NDCP, led by NDCP President LtGen Ferdinand M Cartujano PAF (Ret), about the mandate, operations, and plans of the agency.

Meanwhile, outdoor games and semi-annual fellowship tested the mental alertness, physical tenacity, and group strategy of NDCP employees while fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie. Group presentations also showcased the creative talents of the men and women of the College.

In his remarks during the closing ceremony of the team building activities, LtGen Cartujano underscored the importance of team building not only in boosting the morale of the workforce but also sustaining organizational health and strengthening harmonious working relationships among personnel.
