NDCP President LtGen Cartujano opens the Academic Year 2022-2023
The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) held its Opening Ceremony for its Master in National Security Administration Regular Class 58 (MNSA RC-58) at the NDCP Auditorium on 06 October 2022.
MNSA RC-58 is composed of 26 officers from the Philippine Army, 9 from the Philippine Air Force, 8 from the Philippine Navy and the Marines, 2 from the Corps of Professors, 1 from the Nurse Corps, 8 officers from the allied countries such as Bangladesh, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Thailand, 10 officials from the Philippines’ national government agencies; and an executive from the private sector. Also joining RC-58 are the four returning scholars from previous regular courses.
In his inspirational message, NDCP President LtGen Ferdinand M Cartujano PAF (Ret), said, “What you will learn here is crucial in your leadership journey in the midst of an uncertain, complex, and highly disruptive world. In return, the NDCP is here to aid all of you to be better prepared in your role as designated protectors of the State and the Filipino people and your respective countries.”
