VISION

To be an ASEAN Center of Excellence than can deepen the contribution of the Philippines in the ASEAN Political-Security Community-building.

MISSION

To produce quality, prompt and relevant policy research and facilitate national, regional, and international cooperation and coordination on defense, development, and security in support of the NDCP mission.
